POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Manage all aspects of Off Site Constructed (OSC) Mechanical Equipment projects (including Central Utility plants,
Mechanical equipment Rooms, Modular Data Centers, and Custom Air Handling units) from initial design phases
through installation, start-up and final completion. Manage development of design, specifications and drawings.
Must exercise considerable independent judgment and initiative in performing assigned duties. Must exercise tact
and courtesy in contacts with vendors, contractors, customers and others. Stay abreast of all relevant construction
and building codes, standards and regulations. Provide expert guidance on manufacturing project provide cost
forecasting for all assigned projects. Manage Interdisciplinary team of Engineers and Designers to complete all
required project deliverables. Manages project schedules of assigned projects. This position will be the single
point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
Job responsibilities include:
Facilitate kick-off meetings
Coordinate fabrication drawing generation
Transition project from estimating into fabrication phases and through site installation
Work through Value Engineering opportunities with assigned team and client
Continually monitor project costs
Purchase equipment and materials and ensure accurate, timely delivery of all needed materials
Ensure warranty compliance with vendors
Establish a good working relationship with Plant Management and Superintendents
Manage all submittals for assigned projects
Attend any and all job related meetings as required
Oversee Operating & Maintenance manual development
Ensure EAS and subcontractor compliance with contract and project specifications
Approve all invoices for payment
Ensure as-builts are completed in a timely and accurate manner
Schedule fabrication shipments
Direct and coordinate work of all subcontractors.
Generate status reports
Accurately price change orders
Ensure all work in completed in accordance with EAS Safety Program
Deliver the project to the pre determined and agreed budget, time and quality parameters
Schedule workforce needs with Superintendents, Operations Manager and Human resources
Maintain equipment lists
Maintain an accurate Project Cost Report.
Develop and manage project schedules.
Coordinate team schedules to meet deadlines including Engineering and Design Deliverables
Submit accurate and timely Requests for Payment

EDUCATION:
This Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or
related field. Significant experience in Construction Management may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIAL SKILLS:
A minimum of 5+ years' experience in Industrial HVAC, energy service contracting (ESCO), central
refrigeration plant, Design Build Contracting or energy efficiency field
A minimum of 5+ years project Management experience
Must have the ability to manage multiple projects
Must be computer proficient in Word, Excel, Scheduling, Project Management software, design
software (Revit a plus)
Must have ability to work independently without direct supervision
Have knowledge of OSHA and other construction related rules and regulations
