Skill: Cyber Project Manager
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and tools (e.g., Jira). Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and certifications like PMP, CISSP, or GCPM. Foundational understanding of the CIA Triad (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, networking (DNS, IP addresses), firewalls, and intrusion detection systems. Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, while ensuring adherence to compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Understanding of security tools, such as vulnerability scanners and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) platforms. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translate complex AI concepts, and present project updates. Ability to analyze evolving model results, make informed decisions, and navigate complex challenges. Ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a collaborative environment, and manage diverse skill sets. Ability to thrive in rapidly changing environments and adapt to new technologies and evolving project requirements.

Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
