    Description

    This is a delivery-focused PM role. The right candidate brings solid project management fundamentals, a working familiarity with broadcast or media technology environments, and the communication skills to keep stakeholders aligned across a complex, fast-moving program.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead broadcast, distribution, and technology initiatives from concept through implementation, launch, and operational handoff.
    • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and executive status reporting.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular communication on project status, risks, milestones, and delivery commitments.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, customers, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding, launches, and ongoing operational support.
    • Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Operations, Product, Customer, and Vendor teams.
    • Identify project risks, dependencies, customer impacts, and operational challenges and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and customer meetings throughout the life of the project.
    • Manage customer-facing launch activities, including project kickoff, requirements gathering, testing coordination, shadow operational support, issue resolution, and post-launch support to ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Broadcast Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
    • 3–5 years of program or project management experience.
    • Familiarity with broadcast, media, streaming, or content distribution environments. You don't need to be a broadcast engineer, but you should be comfortable speaking the language.
    • Working understanding of content delivery workflows, including partner onboarding, testing, launch readiness, and ongoing operational support.
    • Experience with sports broadcasting, live event workflows, and Regional Sports Networks (RSNs) is preferred but not required.
    • Experience managing cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
    • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
    • Experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, and Microsoft tools.
