Mid-Senior Level Project Manager
In business for decades, this family-owned firm has grown substantially over the past 20 years and is now one of New England's premier GCs! HQ in Bridgewater, looking to open 2nd location North of Boston in 2026. They specialize in building high-profile projects up to $120M, across various sectors. Including: Multifamily, Senior living, Mixed-use, Hotels, Academic - they also have a special projects division for life science and TI work. Large enough to have a significant and stable pipeline of projects, small enough where you are not just a number. Looking for a Mid-Senior level Project Manager to join their growing team!
Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- In office daily - Bridgewater MA + travel to project sites as needed (greater Boston)
- Partnering with the Lead Superintendent & reporting to the Project Executive
- Project Buyout, Document Control, Procurement Management, Communication, Cost Management, Subcontractor Coordination & Project Reporting
- Managing the Assistant Project Manager on task completion
- Participating in safety planning for the project
- Understand the plans, specifications & contracts of the project
- Tracking and managing all critical material deliveries throughout the project duration
- Managing risk prevention on site
- Producing consistent high-quality documentation/visuals
- Coordinating and leading weekly owner / architect / contractor meetings & quarterly cost meetings
- Effective communication with subcontractor PM and Foremen to establish good working relationship
- Taking an active part in monthly schedule updates
- Assisting with the development of breakout schedules for critical or complex areas
- Creating and updating the monthly cost report, including accurate forecasting
- Overseeing the monthly Owner & Subcontractor Requisition processes
- Leading and executing the change management process

The Successful Applicant
The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of Project Management experience
- Bachelors Degree (Preferably Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture)
- Good tenure with reputable Construction Management firms
- Must have managed numerous Wood Frame Multifamily projects $30M+
- Direct responsibility of leading and developing staff
- Strong ability to work in a team environment
