PROJECT MANAGER - BIOPHARMA MANUFACTURING IT/OT

Location: Tarrytown, NY – Onsite minimum 4 days per week
Pay Rate: $100–$120 per hour
Duration: Long-term contract
Summary:
Our biopharma client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support manufacturing technology initiatives within an R&D environment. This role requires a strong combination of project management expertise, manufacturing IT/OT experience, laboratory/manufacturing instrumentation knowledge, and familiarity with modern data and visualization platforms.
Description – Project Manager – Biopharma Manufacturing IT/OT:

• Lead and coordinate projects involving biopharma manufacturing IT/OT systems and technologies.
• Support initiatives involving manufacturing and laboratory instrumentation, including liquid handlers, biobanking technologies, and Empower.
• Coordinate projects involving data collection, data management, and visualization platforms.
• Work with cross-functional technical, scientific, manufacturing, and business stakeholders to drive project execution.
• Utilize Agile project management methodologies and tools to manage project activities, documentation, priorities, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and facilitate communication across project teams.
• Support project planning, execution, tracking, and stakeholder coordination in an onsite environment.

Qualifications – Project Manager – Biopharma Manufacturing IT/OT:

• Expert-level project management experience.
• Experience supporting IT/OT initiatives within biopharma manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and laboratory instrumentation, including liquid handlers, biobank technologies, and Empower.
• Experience with data collection systems and modern data platforms, including data lakes and Databricks.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, and Tableau.
• Experience with project management and Agile tools, including Confluence and Jira.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft productivity tools.
• Ability and commitment to work onsite in Tarrytown, NY a minimum of four days per week.
• Available to work full time.
