Project Manager - Big Box

Description

* Manage projects from kickoff through final turnover, ensuring schedule and budget adherence

* Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

* Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar software

* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders

* Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence while modeling company core values

Profile

* 5+ years of experience in the construction industry

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

* Experience with Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling software

* Background in high-end retail, malls, shopping centers, big box, banking, office, restaurant, or entertainment projects

* Strong leadership, client management, and commercial construction expertise
