    Are you a construction leader who thrives on delivering complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout? We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a respected Georgia-based general contractor known for quality execution, long-term client relationships, and a strong pipeline of commercial work.

    The company specializes in big-box retail, office, institutional, and interior build-out projects, delivering exceptional results through collaboration, integrity, and a commitment to quality. With a high percentage of repeat business with Home Depot, Publix, Aldi, and Sprouts, to name a few.

    What You'll Do

    • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
    • Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and project financials
    • Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
    • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction
    • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

    What They're Looking For

    • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
    • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control
    • Experience managing multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred

    Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000 + Bonus + Benefits
