Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Hybrid — Onsite 3 days/week in Bethpage, NY 11714 (NY-based candidates only, within 1-hour commute)

Project Description
Our client, a multinational telecommunications technology company, is urgently seeking a Project Manager to lead technical initiatives spanning network upgrades, software deployments, and AIOps that power end-client services.
Key Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end: build plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and lead delivery across network, software, and platform initiatives; use AI-assisted tools for planning, scheduling, and risk management
- Serve as the connective link between Engineering, Product, DevOps, Sales, and Business stakeholders
- Run sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives; drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle
- Deliver clear updates to leadership, using AI tools to generate reports, summaries, and insights
- Manage budgets and milestones with transparent, ongoing reporting
- Identify risks early, track issues, and resolve roadblocks before they impact delivery
- Manage projects involving DOCSIS, PON, Wi-Fi, AI/ML, and automation to ensure scalable, reliable solutions
- Automate reporting, status updates, and documentation; apply AI-driven insights to improve dependency tracking and issue resolution
Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager on cross-functional programs spanning Engineering, Product, DevOps, and stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years managing technical projects in telecom, ISP, cable/broadband, SaaS, or large-scale infrastructure environments
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) and/or SCPO with at least 2 years active facilitation
- Proven track record managing cross-functional projects involving 5+ concurrent workstreams
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project analysis, planning, and scheduling
- Ability to define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members
- Experience leading regular technical team meetings to address project questions and challenges
- Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools for project planning, reporting, and delivery tracking
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with automation tools and Agile tool integrations (e.g., Jira automation)
- Strong data and analytics skills to drive decision-making and improve delivery outcomes
- Experience with SAFe methodology
