Description

Pay Range:
$65.00 to $75.00 / Hour on W2

Location:
Bellevue, WA - Hybrid (onsite a few days per week)

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Enterprise Compliance organization in the implementation and integration of a risk assessment AI tool within the broader Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) ecosystem. This role will focus on assisting in driving the execution of the system integration and implementation of the system tool(s), coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:
•7+ years of experience managing system implementation or integration projects
•Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into actionable requirements
•Strong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including compliance, risk, and legal teams
•Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments
•Proficiency with project management tools (e.G., Jira, MS Project)
•Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
•Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems
•Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
•Experience supporting risk management or compliance-focused initiatives
•Experience with workflow and diagramming tools (e.G., Visio, Lucidchart)
