Position Overview:
The Project Manager is an essential part of the organization's overall operations strategy that works with minimal supervision under the direction of the Vice President of Staffing and/or designee(s). S/he is responsible for the overall life cycle and successful execution of each project.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Education:
Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree strongly preferred.
Licensures/Certification:
Non-restricted professional medical license.
Multistate Compact license required for RNs.
TWIC Card
DOT examiners certification-preferred
DOT specimen collector certification- preferred
Certified BAT technician- preferred
NIOSH approved spirometry course- preferred
Skills:
Must possess advanced MS Office skills, to include but not limited to:
Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research, define, and develop solutions to complex issues.
Experience:
Five (5) or more years of relevant occupational medicine, management, and/or project management experience preferred.

Clinical
Works in conjunction with medical directors & project coordinators to provide direction for medical matters, substance abuse testing, and occupational testing.
Audit all substance abuse testing documentation.
Provides guidance to MLP/Paramedics/EMT-Basics/Nurses.
Medical record management
Audit medical records for security, completion, and accuracy.
Medical records retention and control.
