    Description

    Requirements
    • 7 or more years of experience in enterprise IT with at least 4 years managing large-scale system modernization projects
    • Proficiency in enterprise financial management, payroll platforms, and Enterprise Data Warehouse implementations
    • Experience with formal project management frameworks, risk mitigation, and holding an active PMP credential
    • Experience in leading legacy financial system remediation, interface integration, and data cleansing initiatives
    • Experience with organizational change management, readiness workbook execution, and end-user training deployment
    • Experience in coordinating multiple technical vendors, business system owners, and cross-functional teams
    • Excellent communication skills to lead executive workshops and translate financial policies into technical specifications
    Job Responsibilities
    • Direct the overall implementation lifecycle to ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved
    • Develop and execute comprehensive readiness project plans supporting accounting, payroll, and reporting transitions
    • Review existing revenue systems and formulate detailed technical requirements for platform remediation and integration
    • Oversee organizational readiness workbooks, coordinate data cleansing tasks, and update applicable business policies
    • Manage project risks, resource allocation, and budget tracking while aligning with statewide technical standards
    • Facilitate agency readiness workshops and deliver comprehensive training to support end-user software adoption
    • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, technical teams, and third-party software implementation vendors
