    Are you an experienced Project Manager who knows how to bring people, priorities, and projects together?

    We’re looking for a talented Project Manager to join ?our client's collaborative professional services team in Austin. In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from initial pursuit through construction while working closely with clients, designers, architects, consultants, and internal leadership.

    You’ll be responsible for creating structure, maintaining accountability, managing project performance, and helping teams successfully navigate challenges throughout the project lifecycle.?

    ?Q?ualifications

    • ?Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
    • 7+ years of experience managing commercial interior architecture or workplace projects.
    • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery.
    • Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
    • Working knowledge of commercial construction practices and building codes.
    • Workplace interiors experience strongly preferred.
    • LEED or WELL accreditation is a plus.
