Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

In this role, you will lead business transformation projects that improve processes, streamline operations, and enhance customer service performance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate current workflows, implement process improvements, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of key business initiatives.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field preferred

Experience Requirements

• Previous project management experience required
• Experience leading business process improvement or transformation initiatives
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with customer service or call center operations preferred

Job Duties

• Lead business process improvement and transformation initiatives across call center and customer service operations
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet established objectives
• Partner with operations, technology, and leadership teams to evaluate current processes
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Design and implement enhanced workflows and operational solutions
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple departments and workstreams
• Support change management activities and drive successful project implementation

What You Will Do

As a Project Manager you will lead daily production operations, assign work, coordinate staffing, monitor workflow, coach employees, and keep the shift moving without cutting corners on safety or quality. You will track production goals and performance, lead pre-shift meetings, troubleshoot operational problems, coordinate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and leadership teams, maintain production records and shift reports, support employee training, and create a respectful workplace built around teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Project Manager plays a critical role between production employees and plant leadership. This position translates schedules, customer requirements, safety expectations, and production goals into clear priorities that employees can execute throughout the shift.

This role rewards leaders who can run the floor while keeping people informed, accountable, and moving in the same direction.
