Role: Project Manager
Location: Austin, Texas 78751 (Hybrid - 1 to 2 days onsite per week)
Engagement type: Contract - 12 Months

 Job Description:
  • The Client is looking for a Project Manager to oversee a new project, the client's Reporting System to modernize the current solution. The project/solution would result in enhancing the current system and automating additional business functions enabling more effective tracking, monitoring, and auditing, service provider cost reports, submissions, and documentation.
  • The Project Manager understands the PMI framework, Project Delivery Framework, and QAT reporting requirements for Major Information Resource Projects. The successful candidate understands business and technical objectives of modernization.
  • The worker will be expected to manage communication with stakeholders, project team(s) and must develop strong relationships with key decision-makers. The worker should be able to comprehend and communicate complex technical designs and implementations as well as complex business processes.
  • Overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, ensure business requirements.
 Required:
  • 10 years of experience in project management experience for large-scale Enterprise Implementations
  • 8 years of experience in Federal/State project management experience
  • 8 years of experience in project management / systems analyst experience leading and managing legacy modernization projects.
 Preferred:
  • 5 years of experience in Project Delivery Framework experience
  • 5 years of experience in Experience with low code/no code solution
  • 3 years of experience in statewide systems
  • 3 years of experience in QAT process for major Information project.
