MEP Project Manager
Onsite | Full-Time

Overview
Seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager / Coordinator to lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems on complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, low-voltage) across all project phases
  • Lead planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability
  • Oversee RFIs, change orders, commissioning, and closeout processes
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, inspections, and safety standards
  • Support preconstruction, estimating, budgeting, and cost control (quantity takeoffs, MEP pricing)
  • Partner with VDC/BIM teams to resolve coordination issues
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and service disruptions
  • Drive quality control, testing, and system performance

Qualifications

  • Experience managing MEP scopes on commercial or industrial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
  • Proficient in construction documents, scheduling, and project coordination
  • Experience with BIM/VDC, RFIs, submittals, and change management
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors
