Key Requirements:

• Track and manage project milestones from the initial quote and design phase through validation and full-scale plant production
• Align internal departments - including engineering, quality control, procurement, tooling, and plant operations - with project goals
• Oversee investment costs, resource allocation, part supply schedules, and capital expenditure forecasts
• Identify potential bottlenecks, log project risks, and formulate immediate contingency or remediation plans
• Act as the primary contact for client reviews, progress updates, and engineering change requests
• Ensure adherence to automotive quality standards such as IATF 16949, plant safety rules, and internal business systems
• Strong skills in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and specialized project tracking software
• 3-7+ years of project management or product launch experience within a similar environment with manufacturing processes (stamping, casting, or assembly), reading technical drawings, and using ERP/PLM tools like SAP
• Experience in an automotive OEM or tier-parts manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related technical field
