    Role Summary

    The Project Manager will serve as a central point of coordination across multiple projects, stakeholders, and operational initiatives. This individual will help drive accountability, maintain visibility into key priorities, and ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and executed with a high degree of professionalism.
     
    Working closely with leadership, the Project Manager will oversee project tracking, workflow management, stakeholder coordination, reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to complex projects.
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Coordinate multiple active projects, engagements, and operational initiatives across the organization
    • Track project timelines, milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and action items to ensure successful execution
    • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, stakeholder communications, and follow-up activities
    • Maintain project plans, documentation, reports, schedules, and workflow trackers
    • Utilize Salesforce to manage project activity, reporting, workflow coordination, and relationship tracking
    • Maintain accurate Salesforce records, dashboards, reports, and data integrity
    • Coordinate information requests, due diligence materials, approvals, and project documentation
    • Monitor project risks, bottlenecks, delays, and outstanding deliverables while driving timely resolution 
    • Prepare leadership reporting that provides visibility into project status, priorities, deadlines, and open issues
    • Coordinate communication among clients, consultants, attorneys, accountants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
    • Support development of standard operating procedures, templates, reporting frameworks, and workflow guides
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, communication, accountability, and project execution
     Key Requirements
    • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, professional services, client services, consulting, financial services, or related environments
    • Proven experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously
    • Strong Salesforce experience or proficiency with comparable CRM and workflow management systems
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Experience creating project reports, dashboards, meeting summaries, status updates, and documentation
    • Ability to effectively coordinate with executive leadership and external stakeholders
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
    • Ability to manage confidential business information with professionalism and discretion
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Preferred Skills
    • Experience within professional services, consulting, financial services, banking, accounting, legal services, commercial real estate, or similar industries
    • Salesforce reporting, dashboard development, workflow automation, and CRM optimization experience
    • Familiarity with project management software, virtual data rooms, compliance tracking systems, and electronic signature platforms
    • Experience supporting due diligence processes, transaction coordination, investor communications, or strategic business initiatives
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • PMP, CAPM, Salesforce, or related certifications are beneficial
