Need to play the role of co-ordinatore at the client site, working as project manager with client to create the pipeline for the offshore team, project execution and supporting client on their existing projects. Plan and coordinate with offshore team to schedule the requirement gathering, design and other meetings like requirement & design documents review and signoffs, daily/weekly status calls and steering meetings.
