Commercial Construction Project ManagerOur client is a well established, privately held commercial construction firm headquartered in Athens, Georgia, with a strong presence across the state. They specialize in diverse sectors including QSR, restaurant, retail, medical office buildings, municipal, multifamily, and student housing. The organization is built on strong values, a collaborative culture, and a trusted subcontractor network that enables consistent project success.Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and owners. Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractor partners. Drive quality control and safety compliance across all project activities.The successful applicant will have 5-7+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Proven success managing projects across two or more sectors such as QSR, retail, multifamily, municipal, or healthcare. Strong experience in both ground-up and interior construction. Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and lead projects with minimal direction. Based in or within commuting distance of Athens, GA (in-office 5 days/week). Strong communication, leadership, and subcontractor management skills.Base salary commensurate with experience. Performance based bonus opportunities. Vehicle allowance. Phone allowance.
