Project Manager Associate

This is an opportunity with a well-established commercial general contractor experiencing continued growth throughout the Southeast. Job Description

Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination. Manage subcontractor compliance documentation including insurance certificates, lien waivers, licenses, and warranties. Review and process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor documentation. Maintain project logs, records, and tracking reports. Coordinate project documentation with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers. Assist with subcontract and purchase order administration. Support vendor onboarding and setup activities. Help facilitate project closeout documentation and record management.
