General Responsibilities:
Terracon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Facilities Service Line, supporting commercial facilities projects with a focus on roofing systems, building enclosures, and waterproofing. This position is well‑suited for a professional who can manage projects from planning through construction while leading field teams and maintaining strong control over scope, schedule, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Project Manager for facilities‑related projects involving:
Roofing systems (low‑slope and steep‑slope)
Building enclosure components (walls, flashings, air and vapor barriers)
Waterproofing systems (below‑grade, foundations, plaza decks, and podiums)
Plan, execute, and track project tasks, schedules, and deliverables
Develop and manage project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and change management
Review and manage:
Contractor submittals for compliance with project documents
Requests for Information (RFIs) and coordinate responses with internal and external stakeholders
Pay applications, including verification of quantities, percent complete, and recommendations for approval
Provide construction phase services, including field observations, quality control, and coordination with contractors
Lead and support field teams, ensuring work aligns with project requirements, safety standards, and schedules
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal technical staff to ensure successful project delivery
Support closeout activities, including documentation review and final reporting
