- Architectural & Civil Engineering Excellence: Take the helm of primary architectural and secondary engineering projects, steering them from initial concept to ribbon-cutting.
- Strategic Leadership: You won't just manage timelines; you'll manage relationships. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are met with precision.
- Business Intelligence: Partner with senior leadership to identify new opportunities. You'll use your "Diagnostic-First" mindset to spot organizational needs and turn them into project roadmaps.

What You Bring to the Table
- The Experience: 8-10+ years of proven success in project management, specifically within the A/E/C industry.
- The Credentials: A Bachelor's degree is required; if you have an MBA or advanced certifications (PMP, LEED, or similar), that's a major plus.
