Known for bringing structure, transparency, and predictability to complex developments, they specialize in multifamily, commercial, industrial, and senior living construction.

Description

• Oversee multifamily construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to key stakeholders.
• Review and approve project-related documentation and contracts.
• Support the team in resolving any project-related challenges.

Profile

A successful Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager should have:

• Experience in multifamily construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction management processes and tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in construction.

Job Offer

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000
