About the role
The Project Manager of AP Construction is responsible for protecting Gap Inc through strong execution of AP Technology elements. This position supports the end-to-end tactical execution of AP Technology (CCTV, Burglar Alarm, EAS, and Access Control) in all construction pipeline or Asset Protection funded projects. This position is directly responsible for all facets of construction-related invoicing, feasibility budgets, bulk buy tracking, construction reporting and vendor training. This position is responsible for executing multiple tasks of various scopes and complexity concurrently, while achieving all timelines and quality expectations.Support requests from Asset Protection Leadership and Field Organization Directors, Regional Asset Protection Managers, and Brand Operations related to construction pipeline or AP funded projects. Identify and implement process improvements under the direction and supervision of management to maximize efficiencies and improve service level of Asset Protection.
What you'll do
Supports management of tactical Asset Protection elements of all construction pipeline and AP funded projects.
Creates and maintains all construction related Smartsheets.
Manages and updates vendor assignments by project.
Supports project creation through Oracle and/or Lucernex, develops budgets, validates vendor accuracy, and supports change orders throughout projects.
Maintains, deploys, and reconciles all construction related Gap Inc owned technology through bulk buy purchases or closed stores housed by vendors or depot.
Manages technology removal for closed and remodeled stores.
Manages Construction/Store Plans Technology archive, including the master technology list.
Develops and presents content for all vendor transition training in the construction space.
Maintains SharePoint construction/store plans technology, vendor SharePoint archive, crime reporting archive and the master technology list.
Supports protecting all off-site storage locations that house product stemming from construction projects.
Who you are
Salary Range: $71,800.00 - $89,700.00
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
