GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a DFW construction management firm focused on healthcare. The company is adding a Project Manager and Superintendent - Healthcare Construction to its team in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Healthcare ground-up and interiors experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hospital renovations in occupied facilities and ground-up medical buildings
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs
• Run day-to-day field operations, safety and quality on site

Requirements

• Healthcare ground-up and interiors experience.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
