Salary Range:
$75,000 – $120,000 Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits

A leading Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Company in Alliance, Ohio, to recruit a strategic and driven Manufacturing Project Manager. In this role, you will be the linchpin between engineering, purchasing, and the shop floor, ensuring that complex capital projects are delivered on time, within technical scope, and under budget. Key Responsibilities:
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Lead all five phases of capital projects, ensuring strict adherence to project baselines (scope, schedule, and budget).
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams to rapidly resolve bottlenecks and keep production on track.
  • Performance Analytics: Conduct detailed performance analysis using key indicators; partner with accounting to forecast cash flow and manage financial milestones.
  • Technical Compliance: Collaborate with QA/QC coordinators to ensure all technical and quality requirements are met throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, conducting meetings and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Manage project closures and lead postmortem analyses to identify process improvements for future initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Project Management within an Industrial Manufacturing environment, including procurement experience.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Project, Project Web App, or Oracle Primavera.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead diverse teams and present professionally to customers.
