    Drywall Project Manager – Commercial Construction

    We’re working with a well-established commercial drywall contractor that continues to grow in the area. Known for their strong client relationships and quality craftsmanship, this firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of drywall and framing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Manage all aspects of drywall and framing projects — from kickoff through closeout

    • Oversee budgets, schedules, and manpower to ensure successful project delivery

    • Collaborate with estimating, field operations, and clients to resolve challenges

    • Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders to maintain project scope and profitability

    • Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication between field teams and GCs

    • Maintain strong safety and quality control standards on every job

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 5+ years of drywall project management experience (commercial, institutional, or industrial)

    • Strong technical knowledge of framing, drywall, and acoustical systems

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar construction software
