Description
Summer
Electronic Benefits Transfer (SEBT) is a food benefit program that helps
low-income families with school-age children buy groceries during the summer
when kids might not have access to school meals. Summer Electronic Benefits
Transfer (S-EBT) is authorized by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023
(P.L. 117-328) to create a permanent, nationwide S-EBT program. Through
SEBT, eligible individuals receive benefits loaded on EBT cards that are used
to purchase food.
Duties
- Project Management for a significant project to upgrade
the PEBT application and infrastructure of the WRTS system in compliance
with ITS standards. Identify and resolve all issues related to hardware
and software for the project. Major participation in the creation,
monitoring and reporting of required application upgrades.
- Participate in all phases of system development
activities: requirement gathering, design, development, testing and
deployment by the following items:
- Written reports of user requirements are thorough and
complete.
- Modifications adhere to prevailing standards, are
thoroughly tested and completed on schedule.
- Standard migration processes across multiple
environments are followed.
Maintain system
documentation including functional and detail designs
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience (15+ Years)
- Plans, organizes and integrates
cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in
scope and impact.
Requirements
- This is an 100% Onsite
- 84 months experience managing teams comprising
representatives from multiple organizations from development through to a
complete production implementation of all software and hardware tasks.
- 84 months experience with teams comprising
representatives from multiple organizations in the development through
complete implementation of multi-year application development and
infrastructure projects. Must have experience using industry
standard tools and techniques in a Project Management role.
- 60 months experience managing multifaceted,
multi-disciplinary infrastructure rollout projects in a government
environment that includes utilizing standerdized system life cycle
methodologies, working directly with vendors and cross agency staff to
implement a project.
- 84 months experience in team building, facilitation and
presentation skills, and the ability to work and communicate with diverse
groups.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or
College Level Degree in a business or technology discipline is preferred.
