Project Manager - Albany NY area
Job description:
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading implementation efforts for new and existing clients. Partnering closely with leadership, you will coordinate people and processes to ensure successful application and product implementations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to execute projects seamlessly
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop and manage detailed project plans to track progress
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
- Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop subject matter expertise in product features and functionality
- Understand client use cases and business needs
- Prioritize and execute tasks with a customer-focused, results-driven approach
- Report progress and escalate issues to management as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5 plus years of project management experience in a technical environment
- PMP preferred
