Project Manager

A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Projects valued up to $60M-$100M.Performance bonus, profit sharing, vehicle allowance, and excellent benefits.

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Monitor budgets and control costs to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication across all project teams and stakeholders.
