Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control

- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project plans are executed accurately

- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on schedule and within budget

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications

- Communicate with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues

- Manage project budget and expenses, ensuring all costs are accounted for and within budget

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

- Lead and motivate project team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment

- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

- PMP certification is a plus
