Digital Workplace Project Manager - Ai & End User Computing

Location: New York City, NY - Onsite 4 Days/Week

Experience: 10+ Years Preferred

Employment Type: FTE / FTC

Rate - $72-77 hr on C2C & $140K- $150k Annum

We are looking for an experienced Digital Workplace Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide AI workplace tool rollouts and end-user computing initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Strong End User Computing (EUC) and Digital Workplace background
• Proven experience rolling out enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude Enterprise, or equivalent solutions
• Expertise in IT project management, global deployments, and digital workplace transformation
• Experience with change management, user adEligible to workion, training, communications, and governance
• Strong stakeholder management, risk and issue management, and executive-level reporting
• Experience managing project plans, deployment schedules, and multiple cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), Agile/Hybrid delivery, and Waterfall methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI, or Scrum Master certification preferred
• Financial services experience is a plus
