Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager - Advanced to oversee and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Pay Range: $60- $65

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
