Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per year

A bit about us:

We’re a well-established residential construction company with a strong reputation for craftsmanship, quality, and client service. Our projects range from highly detailed custom homes to complex renovations, and we take pride in delivering exceptional work from planning through completion.

We’re a family-first company that believes great work and a great life should go hand in hand. We value collaboration, accountability, and treating people with respect. We’re also committed to developing our team from within and creating long-term career opportunities for people who want to grow with us.

Why join us?

Work-life balance: We believe you should be able to build a successful career without missing the important moments in your life. Our Project Managers typically work approximately 40–50 hours per week, rather than living at the office.
Meaningful ownership: Our PMs are involved in the work—not just managing from a distance. You’ll be closely involved with clients, subcontractors, architects, and the field team.
Variety: You’ll typically manage 2–5 residential projects at a time, giving you variety without an unmanageable workload.
Long-term opportunity: We believe in promoting from within and developing people for the long haul. This could be a place where you build your career for many years to come.
Strong team culture: We’re a people-first organization that values family, collaboration, craftsmanship, and doing the right thing for our clients and our team.
Competitive compensation: $125,000–$155,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
