About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our client's team in the life sciences sector. In this role, you will contribute to leading end-to-end implementation of RIM modules, partnering with regulatory operations and quality assurance leaders, overseeing GxP computer system validation, and managing project scope and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of RIM modules (Registrations, Submissions, Dossier Management, and IDMP).
• Partner with Regulatory Operations, Quality Assurance, and R&D leaders to define business needs.
• Oversee GxP computer system validation (CSV) and data integrity protocols.
• Manage project scope, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
• Track project milestones, spot technical bottlenecks, and create risk mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of regulatory submission processes and health authority standards (FDA, EMA, PMDA).
• Experience with RIM platforms (like Veeva Vault RIM, Ennov, or OpenText).
• Certified in PMP, Agile, or Scrum frameworks.
• Proven ability to drive user adoption across global life sciences teams.
• 8 years in IT project management with at least 5 years specifically in pharma, biotech, or medical device regulatory IT domains.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ennov RIM platforms.
