Our client is a privately owned construction and real estate development organisation focused on adaptive reuse, redevelopment, renovations, and industrial/commercial construction projects. With no outside investors, a strong pipeline of acquisitions, and a merit-based culture, the company offers long-term stability, career progression, and far less bureaucracy than larger national contractors.

Description

* Manage multiple commercial and industrial construction projects from planning through completion

* Lead budgeting, conceptual estimating, scheduling, and project coordination activities

* Oversee subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders

* Monitor project financials, schedules, permits, RFIs, and overall project performance

* Drive problem-solving initiatives while ensuring client and tenant satisfaction

Profile

* 5+ years of commercial and/or industrial construction project management experience

* Design-build project experience strongly preferred

* Background in renovation, redevelopment, or adaptive reuse projects

* Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

$95,000 - $115,000 + bonus (typically 10-20%)
