Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager 5 to support the infrastructure book of work, including enterprise-level initiatives and priorities. This senior-level role involves developing, implementing, and executing delivery plans for infrastructure initiatives and workstreams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise technologies, financial services, and the ability to effectively communicate technical delivery to both technical and non-technical audiences. This position requires strategic program ownership, financial acumen, and technology fluency.
Responsibilities:
- Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Project Management.
- Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Project Management business solutions.
- Strategically engage with personnel to address unique challenges requiring advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Drive execution and work plan management of workstream objectives, ensuring milestones and dependencies are met.
- Host regular meetings with partners to understand milestones, tasks, risks, and issues.
- Document and drive action items or issues/risk mitigation as they arise.
- Execute impact analysis for key milestones/outcomes at risk or off-track and develop Go-to-Green plans.
- Align with PMO and manage all compliance requirements for the workstream.
Qualifications:- 7+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
- Strong experience in business transformation, simplification, and modernization with a results-driven attitude.
- Proven ability to manage in a complex, matrixed environment and lead through influence.
- Expertise in Agile and iterative delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Deep expertise in strategic problem-solving and project management.
- Experience in data center build-outs, cloud migration, app modernization, and executive communications.
- Subject matter expertise in technical areas such as Change Integration, DevSecOps, Infrastructure-As-Code, Cloud, Networking, Databases, and AI/ML.
- Proven ability to engage strategically with professionals and managers across multiple lines of business.
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to translate technical delivery into actionable communication for senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Apptio (IT Financial Management/TBM tooling) is a plus.

Pay Range: $72-$75 (W2 only)
