    Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a Project Manager to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD.

    Position Title: Project Manager Level II

    Position Location: Primarily remote with virtual meetings and occasional onsite activities at NIH in Bethesda, Maryland, as required.


    Daily Responsibilities:

    • Manage project activities across transition, discovery, application and workflow modernization, SharePoint Online intranet modernization, implementation, and operational sustainment.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, resource assignments, deliverable tracking, and action items.
    • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, business stakeholders, and Government activities.
    • Lead project meetings and report on progress, staffing, schedule, deliverables, risks, issues, and upcoming activities.
    • Apply Agile and software development life cycle practices to manage requirements, backlogs, releases, testing, implementation, and maintenance. 


    Required Years of Experience (min):

    • Minimum of five years of project management experience.


    Required Degree/Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • PMP certification preferred.


    Required Experience:

    • Experience leading IT application, MS365, or digital modernization projects through planning, execution, implementation, and operational sustainment.
    • Experience managing project schedules, resource allocation, budgets, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
    • Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams in a collaborative environment.
    • Experience preparing project plans, work plans, status reports, briefing materials, risk and issue documentation, and other project management deliverables for Government stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of Agile, iterative, and traditional project management methodologies and software development life cycle practices.
    • Experience coordinating transition, knowledge transfer, application development, testing, implementation, or operational support activities.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Federal IT project management experience is preferred; NIH or HHS experience is particularly desirable.
    • Experience managing Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, or comparable application modernization efforts preferred.

    Required Clearance:

    • Background check.
    • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain the Government system and logical access required for assigned duties.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
