Pay Range: $70 - $74/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day digital merchandising strategy and execution across key product categories.
• Develop and manage product placement, merchandising, and promotional experiences across digital channels.
• Partner with Category Management, Marketing, and Product Ops to align merchandising priorities with commercial objectives.
• Lead execution of promotional updates, ensuring accurate reflection across digital channels.
• Manage promotional changes throughout the campaign lifecycle, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Lead digital merchandising execution for key campaigns and commercial periods.
• Leverage customer insights to develop micro-segmented merchandising strategies.
• Analyze product and campaign performance to identify trends and areas for optimization.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years experience in ecommerce digital product operations or digital experience management.
• Bachelor’s degree or better in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, PIM, product catalog management, and digital merchandising platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project management systems.
• Must be organized and highly detail-oriented.
• Ability to use and adopt AI tooling.
