Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial forecasting. Lead communication with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Coordinate procurement activities and subcontractor buyout processes. Track project performance and mitigate risks throughout construction. Collaborate closely with field teams to maintain quality and schedule objectives. Manage project documentation utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Experience managing projects valued at $25M+. Background in healthcare, education, senior living, multifamily, hospitality, country clubs, or similarly complex projects. Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls. Experience leading high-end or highly customized construction projects.
