They specialize in healthcare, education, hospitality, commercial, and institutional construction projects throughout New England and are known for their collaborative culture, strong preconstruction expertise, and exceptional client retention.Job DescriptionLead and manage $25M+ construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and oversee project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to align on project goals. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders as required. Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to maintain satisfaction and trust. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial forecasting. Lead communication with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Coordinate procurement activities and subcontractor buyout processes. Track project performance and mitigate risks throughout construction. Collaborate closely with field teams to maintain quality and schedule objectives. Manage project documentation utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
