Project Manager - $25M+ ProjectsThe Project Manager - $25M+ Projects will:Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Lead project teams and coordinate owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and project documentation.Drive project execution on complex, high-end builds valued at $25M+.Maintain project quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office tools to manage project operations.Collaborate with field teams and company leadership to ensure successful project delivery.Split time between active project sites and regional office locations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
