Description
Historic Renovation Project Manager
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the $20M historic renovation project. Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain alignment. Monitor construction progress and resolve any challenges that arise. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Manage procurement of materials and ensure efficient resource allocation. Foster strong relationships with clients and project team members to ensure satisfaction.

A strong background in construction management, particularly with historic renovations. Proven ability to lead large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under tight deadlines. Familiarity with construction software and project management tools. Effective communication and team leadership abilities to drive project success.
