Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer service while ensuring gross profit expectations are achieved.
Gain clearance from the Safety Director prior to entering unsafe conditions.
Provide a detailed billing schedule for all work-related expenses, including in-process or month’s end billings.
Partner with the Service Department on for any service calls during projects/warranty work. (NOTE: Ensure that new customers connect with AHV, our Service Account Manager, and Dispatch for service calls). Additional organizational partnerships include coordinating with the Field Foreman, the Shipping and Accounting departments, and various personnel.
Organize and Develop Project Files (including archiving).
Periodically, conduct site inspections, meetings, and client confrontations to maintain service levels.
Coordinate PVM discussion with service sales manager
Attend job turnover meetings with estimators and other stakeholders
Provide leadership and guidance for the Project Management Coordinators and Interns
Qualifications, Competencies, & Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, engineering, finance or business from an accredited college or university a plus.
5 plus years of experience.
Knowledge of HVAC and piping.
Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Self-Motivated, with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
Strong level of attention to detail.
Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate information and ideas both verbally and written so others understand your vision.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, including executives.
Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000
Bonus and Profit Sharing up to 30% of base salary
