Lead the end-to-end management of local construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee site operations, ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance are maintained. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution. Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout all stages of construction. Foster strong working relationships with team members and external partners.
