Job Description

Manage 2-4 construction projects concurrently from inception through completion Oversee both ground-up and renovation/upfit projects Lead project teams including Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and operational execution Proactively identify and solve project challenges as they arise Foster collaboration between clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Support successful delivery across corporate, institutional, commercial, and specialty project sectors

The Successful Applicant

Essential Requirements

• 4+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong relationship-building and client-facing abilities
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think independently
• Demonstrated drive, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing both ground-up and renovation/upfit projects
• Background in Class A office, institutional, medical office, or commercial construction projects
• Experience working with repeat clients and developing long-term customer relationships
