Job Description:
Responsibilities

Update and maintain financial systems.
Lead process improvement efforts to enhance accuracy and performance of financial systems.
Focus on inbound customer payments & payment fraud:
- Ensure accurate processing.
- Minimize fraud risk.
Provide technical/functional expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing financial systems.
Act as liaison to IT for system programming and coding.
Develop solutions to financial systems issues and collaborate on new feature implementation.
Perform financial systems testing and ensure modules work effectively with proper security.
Work on all phases of financial systems development and maintenance:
- Design, development, implementation, testing, ongoing support.
Manage day-to-day work prioritization, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time.
Prepare, review, or provide input to project business cases.
Manage process improvement, productivity, methodology, and standards.
Provide training and assist in team member development (operations and technical expertise).

Required Skills

5+ years Project/Product Management experience with business and IT/Tech Dev stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for requirements elicitation and documentation.
Self-driven, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and lead teams from ideation to completion.
