Duration: Per client work authorization and resulting contract terms

Travel / on-call: Minimal travel; on-call only if requested and approved

Reports to: Client Project Lead / Engagement Manager

Work authorization: Per client, TDDC MSA, and Apex requirements

Summary: Lead delivery for the Investigation Management System Improvements effort, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, schedule management, risk tracking, and overall execution. This role is ideal for a project manager with experience leading complex business and technology initiatives in structured environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, kickoff, scheduling, execution tracking, and overall delivery coordination.
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and action items.
• Coordinate work across business, design, engineering, and stakeholder teams.
• Facilitate status meetings, stakeholder reviews, decision sessions, and escalations.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, executive updates, and delivery communications.
• Support scope control, governance, quality oversight, and alignment of deliverables to client expectations.
• Track progress against approved plans and drive resolution of delivery obstacles.

Required qualifications:

• Experience managing technology, modernization, or system improvement projects in structured delivery environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technical workstreams.
• Strong project planning, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.
• Must meet the applicable TDDC MSA labor category education and experience requirements.

Preferred qualifications:

• Public sector or regulated-environment experience.
• Experience with workflow, case management, or investigation-related systems.
• Familiarity with agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery models.

Typical deliverables / outputs: Project plans; status reports; RAID logs; meeting notes; stakeholder communications; milestone tracking; action item logs; governance materials; delivery coordination documentation.
