You will be the Project Management & Planning Operations Rep Stf for the Operations Planning Team. Our team is responsible for delivering operational excellence across project lifecycles.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Project Management & Planning Operations Rep Staff you will be responsible for driving project success through effective operational management and stakeholder collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects.
• Serve as liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management.
• Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervene to solve problems with managers and clients.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a US Security clearance.
• Ability to travel.
• Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.
• Ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Problem solving skills.

Desired Skills

• Able to navigate and use MFC''s Electronic Financial System (EFS)
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or
• CAM Trained.
• Knowledge of EVMS processes. -Working knowledge of Procurement processes including Lockheed Martin Material Acquisition Procedures and FAR.
• Program Performance Management 101 or equivalent training.
• Risk and Opportunity Management knowledge.
• Experience reviewing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Knowledge and experience of the Proposal Process, Risk Mitigation and Project Management as it relates to Supply Chain.
• Previous experience implementing change to improve processes.
• Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results.
• Previous experience preparing and delivering presentations.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
