Contractor personnel shall have comprehensive knowledge of:- Laws, regulations, rules, polices, proceduresThe contractor shall:- Assist in solving complex financial assistance accounting and financial problems;- Provide thorough analysis from extensive research and compilation of statistics to authorized government personnel, as required;- Research, compile statistics, and present data to authorized government personnel;- Prepare concise, unambiguous documents using Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, and Adobe for MFRs, MOUs, and various documents to support the entire lifecycle for financial assistance awards;- Support price analysis, negotiation, and the appropriate use of funds;- Participate in negotiations concerning complex financial assistance awards;- Provide financial assistance and guidance on grants and cooperative agreements;- Review grant applications for compliance with appropriate regulations;- Documents, records, and administers related performance per the regulations and requirements;- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, execute first-line responsibilities for projects or functions, and perform various complex tasks with substantial creativity and latitude under general supervision;- Possess strong oral and written communication and customer service skills to build relationships with a wide range of internal and external clients and stakeholders;- Execute final review of completed awards and process close-out documents.
